I have been thinking about quitting since cigarettes hit $2.00 a pack. Swore I would never pay that much LOL. I am still smoking and have been for 28 years. I saw an ad for this site on T.V. and thought I would give it a shot.

This is a great place to help with your quit David. i have smoked for 31 years and probably wouldn't have been able to quit if i didn't have a place like this to learn and vent. Everyone here wants the same thing. To be free of this addiction and to live a life without dependence. Check out the becomean ex plan. Prepare....Plan.....do it! If I can do this anyone can. It isn't east but it is the best thing you will ever do for yourself and those that love you!!
