Training dates. This would change your life and help you to understand how the birth industry works in this country and just how sick it is and how to avoid the pitfalls. I got tired about hearing about "I needed a c-section" or "they had to induce me" - all nonsense. Only 5% of women need a c-section and even fewer NEED to be induced. Dr.s are doing it for their own convenience and to heck if the baby gets damaged in the process. Makes me ill!
By the way, I'm a Mom of 2 and a Doula who works to help Mom's have healthy pregnancies and births. Last night they were talking about preventing autism and one of the things they suggested was to detox yourself months before getting pregnant. After all, all the eggs we have are inside us right now. I have had three miscarriages myself but we will never know if it was smoking that did it. But I would certainly stop long before I tried again. Good luck.
Back in January I found out I was pregnant and it was great cause it helped me quit smoking for the few months I was pregnant. My doctors told me I should quit due to the fact that 20% of women miscarry becaues of smoking and sure enough I did. There are so many factors as to why I lost the baby but I think it would be best for my health to quit before trying again.
