Hello Diane! I would like to extend a warm welcome to you. This is a big decision you have made and a life-changing one too. You will find it's one of the best decisions you'll ever make. You won't find any miracle cure here, but you'll meet alot of people here who are miracles, including me. I was so scared when I quit and had big doubts that I could because this was my fourth try. This is the longest I've gone without a smoke since I started smoking when I was 15. I'm 53 now and I haven't smoked since July 17, 2004. I am no longer a hostage of my addiction. You don't have to go through your quit alone. You'll get lots of support and be able to get involved in blogs, discussions, and groups and start a few of your own.
