I too had a hard time but you can do it.....get the Easy Way to Quit Smoking by Allen Carr. If youre too busy to read....get the audio cds and play them in your car while youre driving to work. YOU CAN DO THIS!!! Holler if you need me.....I have been there!!

Hello Cravin! Wow, is that your ultrasound?? Cool! You're alot smarter than I was when I was pregnant! I would like to extend a warm welcome to you. This is a big decision you have made and a life-changing one too. You won't find any miracle cure here, but you'll meet alot of people here who are miracles, including me, and you too! I was so scared when I quit and had big doubts that I could because this was my fourth try. This is the longest I've gone without a smoke since I started smoking when I was 15. I'm 53 now and I haven't smoked since July 17, 2004. I am no longer a hostage of my addiction. You don't have to go through your quit alone. You are welcome to check out the group, "Yes You Can." It's a great place to socialize with other people trying to quit and who have already quit.
