Wow makes you think when you can't breathe

I went to the doctor yesterday. I have a respitory infection. Sat in my lungs. Asthma many smokers get he said. I quit but my lungs are still going crazy. He gave me breathing treatment. He gave me a steroid to take 6 yesterday, 5 today, 4 tomrorow till 1 pill. Open up my airways. It has helped. Lungs still are tired and hurt. But I can breathe. I can imagine feeling this way in 20 yrs when maybe I would have lung cancer or a smoking disease. I'm so glad I quit.

Wake Up Call, I'm free

I have been sick the last couple of days. Doctor gave me an antibotic and said take Mucinex D. I thought about it. I would usually be smoking even though I'm sick. Congested, sinus pressure, headache and I would be smoking. How dumb is that? NOW that is the LAST thing I would want to do. Wow what a difference a couple of weeks can make. I really think I made it this time. I'm free. I'm a nonsmoker.
