I'm becoming tired of smoking. I'm also worried about my future health problems also with my look. My family has a cancer history so I need to quit as soon as I can.
Already taking some meditation and yoga classes.

Hello Bruna and welcome to BecomeanEx.org! This is the BEST stop-smoking website! I'm 54 and this is my 4th attempt at quitting smoking, and I haven't found it necessary to smoke since July 17, 2004. Quitting is scary, but it's one of the best decisions I've ever made. It's a lifestyle change, and also a newfound freedom and feeling of contentment I could never imagine before. You may hate the beginning of your quit, but deal with it the best you can. You won't have to go through it alone because you have us now.
