Hello Becca! Welcome to Become an Ex.org! This is the BEST stop-smoking website! I'm 54 and this is my 4th attempt at quitting smoking, and I haven't found it necessary to smoke since July 17, 2004. I didn't think I would ever quit again, but here I am. I love being a non-smoker There's alot of great people here and we need more like yourself!

Hi Becca,
Just join the Group and looking for friends and support. Have made May 4th as my quit date. Really going to be tuff being a smoker for so may years. But I realize that this is the time that I desperately need to quit
