I am 19 years old and I have been smoking since age 12 and now that I have become an adult and am trying to live my life more responsibly I have decided that I need to quit smoking.

Hi Becca welcome to the site. I use the patch but I found a Walgreens brand for only $22. The Nicoderm was like $53 and I could not afford that at the time. But, good luck to you.

Hello Becca! Welcome to this site. This is a great place to be to get support from others who have been where you're at and others who are there now. Get involved in the discussions and check out the groups like "Yes I Can" and it will help you in your quit. Smoking is one of the hardest addictions to stop, but it can be done and you can do it.
