About Me:
Im 24 years old and i smoke way to much. Im a sailor, so i have to be active most of the time I'm at work, and I cant stand being out of breath all the time. My boyfriend hates that I smoke, and everything that comes with it. I guess he is my biggest drive to be healthy

This is a great sit to help you quit smoking. In my case I don't have a lot of people around me who can support me but there are people on this site who are at many different stages. There are people who don't have a quit date and there are people who haven't smoked in years and these people have helped me stay smoke free for almost a week. So stay strong.

Hello Anneliese! Welcome to this site. This is a great place to be to get support from others who have been where you're at and others who are there now. Get involved in the discussions and check out the groups like "Yes I Can" and it will help you in your quit. Smoking is one of the hardest addictions to stop, but it can be done and you can do it.
