Still here!....

What a ride this has been! 67 days and Still Smoke free! To say those words is absolutely exhilerating!

I have been so busy that many of my friends here must have thought I have forgotten about them!..... Sorry...I still think about all of you wonderful people!

I have joined a GYM and am excersising every day to lose the 10 lbs I gained in my quit. I have lost 3 lbs so far! Woo Hoo!

My internet time has drastically suffered...I have been slammed at work, and am homeschool…

Is depression and anxiety normal at 49 days?

Well it has been 49 days since I quit smoking.

Woo Hoo!

I have to admit though, I am fighting with anxiety and depression, so much so that I am going to see the Dr. about it today. I had such a bad day this weekend. I cried and yelled at my fiance. None of my clothes fit anymore. (Weight gain) I offered for my Sis to come to my house while she was here for the week, and she told me she wouldn't feel comfortable because I quit smoking, and she still smokes. Well that really hurt…
