Seriously I do not know how I got to this stage in my quit. I am so happy about it and will not let myself turn back. This is to the future I can truly do anything I want, and will never let myself think I can't.

I wake up in the morning now, and do not have thoughts of smoking at all. I go through the day with maybe one thought of it, but none others. I think this is why I have been coming on this board less and less, because I do not think of smoking, and only when I think about smoking do I think about coming here. Well I have made it sixteen days. For me such a great feeling. Some reason I feel sixteen days is more important then fourteen. I do not understand why I have this feeling, but hey if my body wants to feel it then I will let it. I have not really been able to visit this site as much as I would like. I have been so busy lately, and I know it has been taking a toll on me. Well my dad owns his own company and we have been making some cuts as of late. Yes I know eleven days really isn't the biggest milestone, However how I am feeling is a huge milestone for me. For the past three days I have had 3 cravings. Two of them I really would not consider cravings more like a fleeting thought passing through my head. It was kinda funny the one big craving I had, was not while I was driving, it was not walking into school pass the gauntlet of smokers, it wasn't even sitting in my room smelling the stench of cigarettes coming from my sisters room. I have cravings but they do not bother me. I have been stressed to the max, but I will not smoke. I am stronger then that. I have my tools, I have the metal fortitude. I feel like anything could be thrown at me, and I will make it through. Here is to another 8 wonderful days. I will not go back to smoking I am done with that nasty habit.
