About Me:
I am retired.
Been smoking for many years. Want to quit and that is why I am embarking on the virtual therapy.

It sounds more like a one-day-at a time thing or 5 seconds at a time.

I had set my STOP date originally at 5/25/08..Did not happen. I live with a non-smoker. People say that should make it easier.....doubt that.
I'm tired of saying I'm going to try...I keep failing. I hate this habit...junkie for sure

I'm confused has Amelia responed to any messages? If so why are not her respones with the many messages of encouragement that we have sent? and if she has not why am I writing ti her?
