Still Struggling

Just lately I have had such an urge to smoke, I'm not sure what it is but I'm really trying to ignore this urge. Any suggestions?

One Year and Counting

I have been smoke free for One Year and 13 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't belive it has been a year, I'm very happy, except for the weight gain. But I'm working on that. If I can quit anyone can. I smoked for 35 years more or less. But I was determined to quit for good this time and so far so good. NINE MONTHS AND COUNTING

I can't believe it has been 9 months since I had my last cig. I'm still smoke free, smell free, sneak free and breathing freely. How awesome is that? You sure can't bet that or at least I can't. Take care to all and best wishes with your quits.

Hi Angelquit. Thanks for the invite :-)

Our quits need to be maintained on a regular basis whether that is daily, weekly, monthly or whatever. A big part of the reason I come to this site is for a reminder of how hard it can be to get a quit off the ground if I take even one puff...
