FRI JULY 3. 09. IT DOES SEEM AS IF WE ALL HAVE DISAPPEARED, BUT I HAVE BEEN SO BUSY AFTER THE MOVE. I AM STILL SMOKE FREE!!! THROUGH IT ALL!! 184 DAYS!!! I HOPE LYNDI, NANCY AND THE ORIGINAL PEOPLE ARE STILL HANGING ON!! HAVE A GREAT 4TH OF JULY! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!

Six months!!! Wow! We did it!

I just wish so many hadn't "disappeared" as the months went by. It's been rocky at times, but it has it ever been worth it. I hope that those who started with us, but couldn't stick, have tried again and are succeeding. Here's to a smoke free world!!!

Hey there JA and Lyndi----it is great to have a 171 days under the belt and we can say that we haven't smoked all year. I can't believe that we are going to be going on seven months soon. .

JUNE 20. 09 HI GUYS! WELL I FINALLY MOVED TO A NEW STATE. MAN MOVING IS A BIG LIFE CHANGING EVENT. BUT I AM HOPEFUL ALL WILL WORK OUT WELL FOR ME HERE. I STILL HAVE NOT SMOKED, BUT I SURE HAVE THOUGHT ABOUT IT A COUPLE OF TIMES. AT LEAST IN THIS NEW APARTMENT MY WALLS ARE FRESHLY PAINTED. THE OLD APT SHOWED SIGNS THAT A EX SMOKER ONCE LIVED THERE! AMAZING THE THINGS WE DO TO OURSELVES AND OUR EMVIRONMENT. I HOPE ALL IS WELL WITH YOU LYNDI AND NANCY. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!! 171 DAYS AND COUNTING. I THINK I NEED TO BUY AN EXERCISE EQUIPMENT ALSO LYNDIA!

Day 170 today! I bought myself a small space elliptical trainer. It arrived yesterday and I assembled it in about 5 minutes. Because of the severity of my gimpy problems, I have to be very careful of my knees, back, etc. I did 30 minutes on the trainer, in 10 minute increments. I couldn't have done that 5 months and 2 weeks ago. I would have wheezed myself off it in about a minute flat.

Hi JA. Yeah, no matter what the stress level gets to be, don't let that little, lying voice tell you that tobacco would make things better! I hope the move and job hunt both go well. One good thing - you're not wasting money on cigarettes!!

SUN JUNE 14. 09 I AM STILL HERE. I HAVE JUST BEEN BUSY PREPARING TO MOVE, LOOKING FOR A JOB...ETC, TRYING TO STAY CALM AND AS STRESS FREE AS POSSIBLE. I AM NOT TRYING TO GIVE UP ALL THE DAYS THAT WE HAVE ACCOMPLISHED TOGETHER. I AM HANGING IN!!

161 days!!! i remember when we hit 100 days and 200 days seemed so far away---not that far way now. We are doing so good!!!! Bless you all, Nancy
