I put a mirror on my fridge. I go to the fridge, see myself, and take a quick walk around the block. My little block is less time then it takes me to eat a bag of popcorn in front of the tv. I try to brush and floss right away too. then i am less likely to eat desert. it's like music lessons. just keep practicing

You got it Dewey, I am going to add zucchini, cauliflower and brocoli to fresh veggies. I get a lot of good ideas online on Hungry Girl, which is associated with Weight Watchers. There are so many options. And prayer works wonders.

I had the same problem nowamfound, I was rewarding myself by pigging out. Everything tasted great. I let it go till I got about 20lbs overweight and couldn't fit into my jeans or skirts or some other things too. I told myself that I was not going to let it get any worse. Nip it in the bud sorta. So, for myself, with some of the money I saved not smoking, I joined Weight Watchers and love it, I lost 5.6 lbs as of today and did that in 3 weeks. You just watch what you eat, eat a lot more fresh veggies and fruit. They have a whole line of frozen dinners in the grocery store called Smart Ones. Check it out............I feel and look better. And some of my clothes and are already fitting again. Bought me a sexy pair of heels today, whooooooohoooooooo!!!!
