Dec 1 is my quit date and I am having a really hard time, I am in a class thru work and I was doing good but now we are 50% less of what we smoke a day and I am really having a hard time with it. I have gotten patches and the gum but haven't started them yet. Any suggestions?

I have the Alan Carr "Easy Way to Quit Smoking" and his daily reader. Email for the links.
All the best to the up coming quitter's.

I decided Dec. 2nd is my quit date. I have been smoking since I was 11 and really need to put them down, and get the health that I never gave my body a chance to have.

I have decided today that my quit date is Dec. 31st. I have been smoking for 15 years and have no clue what it's like to not smoke! Any suggestions or insight is quite welcome.

Looking ahead,,,will probably be getting my Chantix about December if all goes well. Every time I save up some $$ to order something seems to up, some emergency.

Hi everyone,, I've got to say I relapsed after 4 months . Started with 1 and ended within 2 weeks to smoking like I'd never stopped. I've now quit again
and am so upset with myself that I let myself and my family down.
I know I can do now though and that's the thing thats getting me through
this again.
Thanks for the support !!!
