How do I get her the help she needs to quit? Her boyfriend and I are the only ones that knows she smokes. I really hope she will quit again. She quit for four years, and then started up again. She only has like four to ten cigarettes a day. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to start spproaching her about quitting?

Offer your help. Tell her how much you care about her and that you want to help her be free of the addiction. Can you be available for her when she is feeling the need to have a smoke? Offer to talk a walk, do some activity that will help her break the chain of addiction. You can make a difference.
