get you a glass of cold water, stay on line and read the blogs, eat vegs, eat any thing at this point, just say out loud to the craves NO, NO, NO, stay on here, it will go away and that is how you beat the craves one at a time, it will get easier, you can do this peace!

thank you so much. I just had lunch. It seems that you want to eat more. What about the minor heataches. How long till that goes away.

Yes, you will want to eat more. Best to try to watch the calorie intake when you first quit. I ate a lot of fresh vegetables. Drinking a lot of water or fruit juices will help you feel full. And Green Tea is also good for and tends to curb the appetite. The headache shouldn't last too long. Your body is readjusting and it takes a little while. You've gotta just keep hanging in there.

Keep hanging in there. Tell yourself smoking is not an option. Never! Never! Never! Take a big breath and say I'm having a craving because I'm a non-smoker and that's OK! Keep up the good work. See Michael Patterson's page when in doubt.
